Job Shadows provide students with a 2–8 hour, in-person opportunity to observe professionals in a career of interest. We coordinate industry hosts and guide students through the job shadow agreement process to ensure a successful experience.

Mock Interviews connect students with industry professionals for realistic interview practice and constructive feedback. Willamette Work Ready recruits interviewers, coordinates the event, and provides support to help students build confidence and strengthen their professional skills.

Resume Workshops provide hands-on instruction to help students create their first professional resume. Our team guides students through the resume-building process and can tailor the workshop format to meet your classroom schedule.
