A Career Fair brings business partners to your school to share information about their industry and discuss hiring needs with students.Our team will support the event by recruiting participating businesses, offering guidance, and assisting with the event's organization and execution. This allows students to gain valuable exposure to various career paths and potential employment opportunities directly from industry professionals.

Industry Chats provide a personal, engaging way for professionals to share their career experiences with students during a class period. Teachers can easily request a single session or a tailored series to match their curriculum. Our team takes care of all the logistics and speaker coordination, delivering a hassle-free, customized experience that requires minimal effort from educators.

An Industry Connected Project involves partnering with a business to provide an interactive, industry-based project in the classroom. Our team will recruit business partners, facilitate planning events, and support the integration of these projects into the curriculum. Job Shadowing is a 2-8 hour in-person experience where students observe the workday of a job theyβre interested in. Our staff will coordinate with industry hosts and assist with the job shadow agreement process, ensuring a valuable and informative experience that helps students gain firsthand insight into potential career paths.

Mock Interviews involve inviting industry professionals to conduct practice interviews with students and provide constructive feedback. Our staff support the event by recruiting interviewers, offering guidance, and assisting on the day of the event. This experience helps students improve their interviewing skills and prepares them for real-world job opportunities.

Resume workshops involve interactive sessions where our team comes to your classroom to guide students through creating their first resume. The workshop includes hands-on teaching and support as students build their resumes, and can be delivered in one session or broken into multiple sessions to fit your scheduling needs.

Rent a set of immersive virtual reality headsets for your classroom, featuring engaging career exploration modules that allow students to virtually "step into" a variety of professions. Available in sets of 5 or 10, these headsets can be rented for up to two weeks, perfect for classroom use, special events, or career focused weeks. Delivery and training are provided by our staff to ensure a smooth, hands on experience for both educators and students.

Educator Externship is a week-long summer experience where teachers visit local industries on-site to deepen their understanding and better guide students on career options. Participants receive a stipend for participating in this professional development opportunity.

The Opportunity Board is a centralized place where students can find a variety of paid jobs, internships, volunteer positions, camps, and more while in high school. It connects students with valuable experiences that help them explore careers and build skills outside the classroom.
